So I got healed yesterday...

So I was waiting for the bus on Portage yesterday, minding my own business reading a book, when some guy noticed me coughing and introduced himself.

He then said he was a Christian and believed he could heal me.  I figured I would humour him.  He asked me if I would believe in Jesus if it worked.  I said maybe if it was immediate and I could prove it wasn't because of my immune system or the pills my doctor gave me.

Long story short, so far my doctor has about a 100% success rate and people at the bus stop talking about God are at 0%.

But the sad part was when it didn't work, he figured it was because he didn't have enough faith... talk about a confirmation bias.

That is very strange indeed. Good for you though, using yourself as a guinea pig and all. It's a shame that his inability to cure you led him to conclude that he needed more faith.
